Wendy Tepley is the founder of Success Code Consulting, where she helps real people solve real work and leadership challenges without another personality test or team-building game. Through the lens of BG5, Wendy provides practical, personalized insights into how people are actually wired to work, lead, and succeed.
The road to her consulting work began with more than a decade running a successful digital marketing agency. In that fast-paced environment, Wendy experimented with every leadership method, productivity hack, and org chart reshuffle to keep her team on track. She knew there had to be a better way to understand how people naturally operate, beyond the surface-level tools everyone else was using. When her agency was acquired in 2022, she turned her attention to exploring new possibilities and that’s when she discovered BG5.
Now, Wendy helps individuals and leaders who are done with the generic advice and ready for real clarity: how to make decisions, manage energy, and create success in a way that feels aligned and sustainable.
